Our Ad-Hoc Service is our hourly, as needed service.  For these clients, work is billed for using set hourly rates.  The rates are based upon if a technician resolves the issue over the phone or on site. 

The Ad-Hoc service includes:

• Response time guaranteed under 8 hours during the normal Help Desk hours
• No guaranteed after hours and weekend response time
